As a purchaser of one of our lots in any of our island neighborhoods, you are not limited to using a Featured Builder to build your dream home. Our B.Y.O.B. program allows you to "Bring Your Own Builder" to construct your new home. If the Builder is new to The Islands, they would have to submit an application and meet certain standards.
